Tasks

-Develop, implement and maintain BIM standards, procedures and workflows tailored for high-end residential construction. -Collaborate with estimating, scheduling and operations teams to integrate BIM data into project performance metrics. -Monitor emerging BIM technologies and propose process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and collaboration. -Manage model delivery, data hand-over, and ensure compliance with company quality standards. -Train and mentor project teams and subcontractors on BIM best practices and tools. -Lead model coordination, clash detection, and model review meetings with architects/engineers/subcontractors. -Ensure BIM models support construction planning, cost estimating, scheduling, and field operations.

What You Bring

-Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. -Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar platforms. -Prior experience with custom or luxury home construction. -LEED, WELL, or similar certification is a bonus. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience). -Experience with script/automation in BIM (e.g., Dynamo, Python) or data extraction/analytics from BIM models. -Familiarity with cost estimating and schedule integration via BIM. -Strong experience in clash detection, model coordination, and construction integration. -Licensed Architect in Florida -Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills-able to work cross-functionally and with external partners. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management for construction projects (residential is a plus).
