Tasks

-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive experience. -Assist with customer concerns, using effective problem-solving techniques and escalating when necessary. -Achieve individual sales and customer experience performance targets, contributing to overall team success. -Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate scheduling and ensure smooth service delivery across multiple product lines. -Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs. -Develop product knowledge across all of our brand offerings to confidently answer questions and provide tailored recommendations. -Promote any and all of our products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. -Accurately update and maintain customer records within our CRM platforms to ensure timely follow-up and documentation.

What You Bring

-Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and deliver solutions. -1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, preferably in the home improvement or related industry. -Basic to intermediate proficiency with CRM systems (experience with i360 Lightning is a plus). -Comfortable working toward sales goals in a performance-driven environment. -Dependable and punctual, with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. -Good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
