Overview

Lead responsive repairs team, manage day‑to‑day & emergency repairs for housing.

Tasks

-Oversight of KPIs, reporting, and service delivery standards -End-to-end management of day-to-day and emergency repairs across a range of occupied homes -Line management of four supervisors, including performance reviews, one-to-ones, and daily briefings -Handling client queries and managing resident complaints effectively -Supporting and engaging operatives and branch teams to achieve high-quality outcomes

What You Bring

-Strong trade background with hands-on understanding of repair standards -Full valid driving license -Excellent communication skills with a confident, people-focused leadership style -Housing sector experience is desirable -Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities -Experience leading responsive repairs in a housing or property maintenance environment
