Tasks

-Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a best-in-class client experience -Conduct virtual presentations daily -Utilize existing customer and target lists to contact potential clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings -Utilize CRM to effectively manage sales call cadence, pipeline, and customer follow-up -Execute structured warm and cold calling plan to a target list in excess of 400 accounts

What You Bring

-Ability to work autonomously through the sales process from lead to converted sale -Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities -Ability to achieve results both independently and through collaboration -Keen eye for design and creativity -3+ years of virtual presentation sales or outside sales -Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with experience in public speaking -3+ years inside sales experience -Superior organizational skills with excellent attention to detail -Experience in interior design, building products, or home furnishings -Effectively present Visual Comfort’s value proposition to influence potential customers -High energy, independent, proactive, and self-motivated -Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred or equivalent experience
