The Role
Overview
Maintain cleanliness of interior/exterior common areas and assist maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf blowing, and clearing drains as required. -Remove litter, debris, and trash from common areas, ensuring proper disposal. -Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, driveways, and other exterior surfaces as needed. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of cleaning and maintenance equipment. -Report any maintenance or safety issues to the maintenance supervisor or property management team promptly. -Maintain and clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and common areas such as patios, pool decks, and recreational spaces. -Assist in the upkeep of landscaping, including watering plants, sweeping pathways, and removing weeds or overgrown vegetation. -Help set up and break down outdoor areas for community events when needed. -Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the exterior grounds, including walkways, courtyards, parking areas, entrances, and other outdoor spaces. -Support the maintenance and engineering team by carrying tools, supplies, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks. -Technology Investment: Work with the industry's leading tools and resources to ensure efficiency and empower team members to succeed.

What You Bring
-Relevant experience in janitorial, porter, or maintenance preferred. -Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members. -Strong attention to detail -Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. -Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and equipment. -High School diploma or equivalent
