Tasks
-Work with business partners and leverage data to determine improvement opportunities -Deploy a strategy that builds, retains, and engages all employees through inclusion and teamwork, and provides a safe and special place to work -Acquire the appropriate people, technology, equipment, and financial resources necessary to meet internal and external customer expectations -Set clear goals and objectives, assess progress, and instill a performance-oriented culture with a focus on accountability -Provide technical direction and expertise to guide and support Electrical Engineering Technician team on troubleshooting calls and continuous improvement projects -Be highly visible within the value stream to create a safe environment for collaboration and participation -Promote a hands-on, high-involvement approach to problem solving -Provide coaching, information, ideas, feedback, and encouragement to employees and managers to promote the growth and development of the engineering team -Provide resource allocation guidance for the team through analysis of current and future state workload, skill, experience, and qualifications -Ensure our teams and working partners adhere to corporate processes and utilize project management toolkits -Aligns resources to strategic goals and objectives -Partner with operations leadership, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain to lead and manage change

What You Bring
-Able to develop and maintain a respectful and safe work environment -Demonstrated knowledge of basic corporate finance, budgeting, accounting -2-5 years of experience in a technical leadership role (engineering, quality, etc.) -Strong, proactive communicator, effective both 1:1 and in groups -Strong coaching and people development skills -Strong technical experience in Automation and Controls Engineering (PLC, Motion, Servo, Robotics, etc.) -4-year degree in engineering, technology, or management
