Tasks

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and implement comprehensive construction plans for data center projects. - Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, working closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. - Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction documents. - Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet key milestones and deliverables. - Foster a collaborative, positive work environment that promotes teamwork and effective communication among project stakeholders. - Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection. - Provide technical support and leadership to construction teams throughout all phases of the project. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. - Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address project challenges.

As a Data Center Construction Project Manager with over 5 years of Mission Critical experience, you will be instrumental in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data center projects. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A strong understanding of hyper-scale data center construction is essential for this role. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center construction project management.
