Tasks

-Evaluate project programmes and monitor work progress. -Monitor acceptance inspections and ensure timely submission of Request for Variation Orders (RVOs). -Review and evaluate contractor progress claims. -Direct RTOs in supervision and site management activities. -Coordinate submissions and queries from contractors, ensuring timely responses from consultants. -Plan, inspect, and coordinate the handover of completed works. -Arrange mock-ups, sample unit inspections, and trade demonstrations. -Track and manage the engagement of Registered Inspectors (RI Arch and RI M&E). -Support the Lead Consultant during the Defects Liability Period. -Oversee site planning, including facilities, hoarding, access, and crane requirements. -Assist the Lead Consultant in project management and daily operations. -Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental measures are implemented effectively. -Supervise upgrading works to ensure quality workmanship. -Assess and recommend contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to spearhead and manage our residential building projects in Singapore. -Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical / Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree. -A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience. -Successfully completed the certified Construction Safety Course for Project Manager conducted by training providers accredited by MOM. -The degree shall be recognised either by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore (Board of Architects or Professional Engineering Board) or BCA.
