Customer Service Representative

Tasks

-Accurately enters data entry into the operating system (Service Titan). -Collaborate with team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up. -Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner. -Schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers, follow up on appointments, etc. -Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation. -Provide inbound/outbound telephone coverage, answers general product and service questions; explains company services. -Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers. -Set up appointments with customers who are interested in service. -Introduce and promote company products/services to generate interest and qualify leads. -Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups. -Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.

-Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. -Goal-oriented and self-motivated. -High School Diploma or equivalent -Must have Service Titan or similar CRM experience ** -Must have experience in call center or customer service role in home services. ** -Company issued iPhone + iPad (for select roles) -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
