Tasks
-Conduct virtual or in-person presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations -Meet or exceed sales targets -Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Director/Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and local supply center teams) to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers -Stay informed and report market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments -Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation through close -Proactively identify and target new repair, remodel and new construction business opportunities by developing and executing strategies for prospecting and cold outreach (calls, emails, networking, events) -Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and activity reports

What You Bring
-Bachelor's degree preferred but not required -Proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting/exceeding quotas -Technical Acumen - High comfort level with daily computer use, data entry, and navigating various technical environments (Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and practical experience with Salesforce) -Experience within the building materials industry is highly preferred -Self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized, customer-focused -Successful sales history with a minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience -Proven experience in new business selling and upselling
