Inspire and guide junior engineers and drafters, emphasizing mentorship and clear communication of expectations. Ensure that all MEP designs meet legal, regulatory, and safety standards, aligning with best practices within the industry. The MEP Design Manager plays a critical role in the successful execution of luxurious residential projects by leading the design and integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, design leadership, and effective communication to ensure all systems are compliant with regulations while enhancing the overall architectural vision. ✔ Event hosting and celebration planning in bespoke settings Engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, conveying complex technical information in an accessible manner.
