Tasks

-This role will include fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs. -Providing Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity. -Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will carry out Servicing and Repairs on Vaillant Group brand products. -Following procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.

What You Bring

-This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence. -The successful candidate will hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live locally to the area. -A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and have effective communications and IT skills. -Experience in Heat Pump Technologies is desirable and an interest to grow your skills and knowledge to carryout work on any developing future technologies is essential for all applications. -Excellent customer service skills are required. -An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded.
