The Role
Overview
Liaise with landowners/farmers to manage agricultural impacts for a large water pipeline project.

Tasks
-Has the capability to use project systems to record stakeholder interactions and project progress -Responsible for the coordination of the required tasks to close out the project and to ensure minimal impact on the landowner -Coordinate all Pre-Entry assessments/ surveys on the land and collating additional information provided by the landowners / farmers -Attend necessary project meetings and continuously monitor for any conflicting information that could cause an impact on the landowner -Undertake discussions with the landowner regarding the impact that the project will have on their business and farming regimes and ensure that the project team and Lands agents are aware for construction timings and compensation matters -Liaise with stakeholders regarding land and land drainage matters and assist the project team and land drainage consultant with the post construction drainage design -Produce archaeological risk maps identifying areas of high, moderate and low risk -Advise the project team of any potential issues in a proactive manner -Record all interactions with stakeholders and complete data input for monthly reports -Be the key contact for all landowners / farmers / tenants for the duration of the project
