Overview

Administer employee benefits, manage enrollments, leave tracking, and vendor communication.

Tasks

-Maintain and upload new hire/change employee data to various vendors. -Manage the Benefits email box and respond to inquiries. -Process leave paperwork and designate appropriate leave in the HRIS system. -Audit benefit enrollment data to ensure consistency across systems. -Provide a high level of customer service and drive customer service orientation to staff. -Respond to and process governmental documents (e.g., Medicare forms, Child Medical Support orders). -Process unique enrollment changes for transfers, corrections, and other situations. -Maintain strict confidentiality. -Coordinate with Payroll for accurate pay information for employees on leave. -Track employee leave usage to ensure compliance with laws and policies. -Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization. -Schedule and present New Hire Orientations. -Communicate effectively with vendors (e.g., Payroll, insurance vendor). -Productivity tools: Utilize cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency.

What You Bring

-Bilingual, Spanish/English is preferred. -A working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access is highly preferred. -Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization. -Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. -One to three years of relevant HR/Benefits experience. -Communicate professionally with employees, HR Business Partners, and supervisors regarding leave programs.
