Tasks

-API Integrations: Troubleshoot and manage integrations utilizing APIs and SDKs -Security & Compliance: Facilitate audit controls and ensure application security measures -Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to build and troubleshoot integrations -Application Support: Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot enterprise applications both in our data center and in the cloud -On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotations to provide production support -Reliability: Ensure high reliability and uptime of applications -Developer Support: Support a large developer base efficiently and effectively

-Certifications: GitHub or DevOps certifications are a plus -Adaptability: Strong adaptability to changing requirements and projects -System Logs: Ability to read and debug Linux system logs -GitHub Features: Familiarity with GitHub Actions, GitHub Integrations, and Artifactory & Artifactory XRay features -Virtual Machines & Cloud: Familiarity with production-level virtual machines and cloud environments -Experience: 3-5+ years of experience supporting source control tools for internal engineers -API Interaction: Experience interacting with APIs via tools like curl -Linux Administration: 3-5+ years of experience with Linux system administration -Kubernetes: Experience with Kubernetes -Programming: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Node.js -GitHub Expertise: Experience with GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Enterprise Server, or Artifactory Administration -Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies -Code Quality: Familiarity with feature flags and code quality tools -Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration -Availability: Be available to perform system maintenance occasionally on evenings or weekends -Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace -Problem-Solving: Strong ability to tackle ambiguous problems and think abstractly -Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Infrastructure as Code practices -Language Proficiency: Proficiency in spoken and written English -Git Expertise: Hands-on experience using Git and troubleshooting common Git errors
