-Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies. -Proficient in Word and Excel -Must be able to perform plant walkdowns -Thermal-hydraulic and design modification experienced desired -Must be able to get badged at a nuclear facility -Nuclear Engineering Change qualifications from any site that can be transferred are preferred -Experience in one of the following industries required: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, and government (DOE) projects -ENERCON Federal Services (EFS) -Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of mechanical calculations -Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship. -Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams -Candidates who have mentorship experience or a desire to mentor early to mid career engineers preferred -Good writing, presentation and communication skills -Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent -10CFR50.59 Screen and / or Evaluation qualifications that can be transferred are preferred -10 years of prior experience in nuclear or power generation design of mechanical systems
