Tasks

-Offer constructive feedback and address performance issues in accordance with company policies. -Apply extensive knowledge of construction processes to guide strategic project planning, risk management, and budgeting -Track project deliverables and manage change requests with sound decision-making and discretion. -Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful outcomes. -Provide direction to staff, motivating collaboration to meet productivity targets. -Travel within the region as required. -Lead and support operational teams by managing internal crews and subcontractors, monitoring progress, and meeting timelines efficiently. -Mentor and train staff to support professional development, with an emphasis on NextEdge best practices. -Conduct site inspections to validate construction quality and compliance with company and client standards. -Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and documentation ensuring alignment with organizational and strategic objectives. -Prepare detailed project documentation such as bill of materials, safety compliance records, and progress reports, demonstrating a high level of administrative proficiency. -Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards while maintaining safe, clean, and orderly work environments. -Provide leadership through onsite training and coaching, offering constructive feedback to promote team growth and effectiveness. -Direct and coordinate construction resources, including tools, equipment, personnel and materials, to optimize project execution.

-Leverage expertise to create construction guidelines and define comprehensive scopes of work. -High School Diploma or GED required. -Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building abilities to foster collaboration and professional growth. -Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings, technical documentation, and lead on-site crew/contractor coordination. -Office and field environment; work outdoors in varying weather conditions. -Proficiency in project management and administrative tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and adapt to complex project demands. -Proven expertise in managing multiple projects across a region or market, ensuring high-quality results and efficiency. -Highly self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering superior outcomes. -8+ years of experience in construction management or a related field. -OSHA 30 -Advanced education in construction, project management, or a related discipline.
