FP&A Analyst - Asia

Overview

Analyze financial data, partner with operations, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Singapore cluster.

Tasks

-Support the development of systems for monitoring costs, including capital cost of new equipment and financial returns -Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits -Track, analyse, and control project costs, including mobilisation / demobilisation, service materials, and other indirect cost -Ensure adherence to financial controls within relevant operating departments -Collaborate with relevant managers on budgeting and forecasting for multiple departments -Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly financial forecasts -Provide data for ad hoc analytics as required by management -Analyze fiscal and operational data to support financial, capital, and manpower planning -Assist in the monthly review of tax charges and forecast payments -Analyse and communicate financial and operational data for strategic planning purposes, ensuring data and system integrity -Review depot/site costs and identify control issues to the internal controls team -Prepare and distribute business performance metrics, month-end, and year-end reports

What You Bring

-Strong experience using an ERP system (SAP etc) and a core understanding of accounting -Strong presentation skills – able to independently create and present MBR’s and monthly meetings to MD level -Advanced Excel skills -Previous experience in a similar role delivering the above responsibilities -Degree in finance or similar, with CPA membership highly advantageous -Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders -A background in data analysis would be highly regarded
