Tasks

-Explore and apply new design tools and techniques to enhance creativity, efficiency, and visual impact -Ensure all creative output aligns with brand standards and meets quality expectations -Collaborate on design projects to transform creative concepts into engaging visuals that support organizational goals and brand identity -Develop designs based on creative briefs and intakes, presenting ideas to colleagues and internal clients for feedback and approval -Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and deadlines -Communicate effectively with vendors, internal employees, and customers -Create layouts and design assets for print, digital, and multimedia channels (e.g., signage, posters, website, social media, email) -Contribute to marketing, branding, and communication materials that strengthen the organization's digital presence and identity -Prepare final layouts and production-ready files execution

What You Bring

-You must be able to work at least 40 hours a week. The schedule is Monday through Friday -Organizational Skills -Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,) -Time Management -Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint -High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required
