Tasks

-Execution of MEP based projects to BL’s expectations for quality, schedule, and profitability -Monitor and report to department manager the status of projects, budgets, and work backlog -Coordination with external clients and subconsultants -Manage a team of multiple staff including designers and/or engineers, providing mentorship and ensuring billable targets are met -Plan, coordinate, communicate, and facilitate the completion of tasks across multiple disciplines on projects of all sizes from conception through completion -Recruit, develop and retain staff in support of the company's strategic growth plan -Participate in business development and proposal process as well as contract negotiations

What You Bring

-10+ years of MEP Engineering experience, with minimum 6 years (10+ ideal) in project management -Demonstrated history of successful business development -Supervisory experience -Licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)
