Tasks

-Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determining plans for implementation, and allocating required resources. -Anticipating and identifying shortfalls in performance and taking appropriate remedial actions in a timely manner. -Participating in the negotiation of key contracts. -Planning and executing customer surveys and acting on the survey results to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

-Effective team leader with significant outcomes in service sales across India. -Effective communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. -Degree in Engineering or related field. -Highly skilled in customer relationship management and negotiation. -Familiarity with ABB products and solutions in Measurement & Analytics. -Willingness to travel across India whenever required. -Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies for service offerings. -Experience: 12+ years of experience in front-end service sales for Analytical products (Gas analyzers, Liquid analyzers, Gas Chromatography).
