Overview

Manage inventory, track items, handle paperwork, and support purchasing & accounts.

Tasks

-Follow up on allocated/not used plates, and other items as needed -Create and issue cut tickets for plate and non-plate -Assist with cycle counts and yard audits -Create job packets for the Bolt House -Expedite accounts payable past due items -Enter, track, update, and report on various inventory items -Maintain records retention for shipping paperwork and other items as necessary -Create job folders for Plate Buyers -Conduct purchase card reconciliations -Assist Buyers with closing line items and matching with accounts payable

What You Bring

-Previous experience working with/in manufacturing facilities is preferred, but not required -Experience with reconciliations, records keeping, accounts payable, and other related tasks is preferred, but not required -Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) -1 year of related experience and/or education -Regular and predictable attendance, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal -A high degree of dependability, maturity, and responsibility as demonstrated through previous work experience or education/civic activities
