Overview

Administer contracts & procurement for high‑end residential project, moving from office to site

Tasks

You’ll start in the Sydney CBD head office, supporting the delivery team through early planning and procurement stages, before transitioning to a site-based role from early 2026. -Drive accuracy and consistency in project financials, reporting, and documentation. -Administer head contracts and subcontracts across design and delivery stages. -Collaborate closely with site and project teams to achieve successful delivery. -Partner directly with leadership to develop and roll out CA training initiatives. -Manage procurement schedules, trade letting, and contract negotiations. -Support cost forecasting, reporting, and subcontractor claims through Procore.
