Tasks

Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team. Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes. Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency. What You Bring

Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred. Prior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process. A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight. LSIT or PLS certification desired (multi-state licensure a plus). -Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred. -Prior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process. -LSIT or PLS certification desired (multi-state licensure a plus). -A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents. -Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight.
