Role

Foster and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for additional value.
Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to maximise project profitability.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with project teams to oversee cost forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.
Lead contract negotiations, manage procurement, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Experience with projects in excess of $50M.
Proven experience in a similar role within the commercial construction sector.
Brisbane based.
Leadership experience, capable of motivating and working collaboratively in a high-performing team.
