Lead a sales team to sell telecom solutions and manage operations in Kelowna.

Tasks

-Participate in the hiring process for new Sales Account Coordinators -Support the semi-annual and annual performance review process for LTS -Serve as the primary contact for customer escalations -Consolidate and report on team progress, updates, and sales data to senior management -Coach, train, and manage team performance, including conducting performance reviews -Assist team members in helping customers understand costs, impacts, and product benefits -Lead a team of 5-8 Sales Account Coordinators in selling innovative telecommunication solutions to residential customers -Actively engage in sales while supporting and guiding your team to achieve individual and collective targets -Oversee daily team activities, including organizing sales routes, verifying home counts, and ensuring data accuracy -Communicate effectively about the telecommunications network built within the community

What You Bring

-Track record of exceeding sales targets in challenging environments -Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills with clients and co-workers -2-5 years of direct sales experience with strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, including leadership experience -Thrive in goal-oriented, high-pressure situations -Proven skills in recruiting, training, and motivating sales staff -Exceptional multitasking and pressure-handling abilities -Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a competitive team background

Benefits

-Salary plus commission -Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends; regular shift is Tuesday-Saturday
