Tasks
-Coordinate, schedule and prepare candidates for interviews -Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools - resume databases, job postings, job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs, etc. -Screen and interview qualified candidates via intro calls, phone interviews, in-person or virtual interviews, reference checks, etc. -Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads -Perform various administrative and customer service related tasks -Partner with your Account Manager to understand customer job openings and deliver on their needs in a timely manner

Upon successful completion of our hourly training period, Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives. -Year 1: $50,000 -Year 2: $76,000 -Parental/Family leave -Employee discount program -Quarterly bonuses -Company funded investment plan -Year 3: $102,000 -All-expense paid trip -20 days PTO and paid holidays -Medical, dental, vision, HSA & 401k
