Tasks

-Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP systems. -Lead and manage the MEP team, including engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. -Review and approve MEP designs, specifications, and drawings. -Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. -Develop and manage MEP budgets, schedules, and resources. -Coordinate with other departments, including architecture, construction, and IT, to ensure seamless project execution. -Provide technical leadership in the design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. -Develop and implement MEP strategies and plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives. -Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. -Implement best practices for the operation and maintenance of MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. -Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of MEP systems for data center projects.

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proven experience in leading and managing teams. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. -Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification is preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. -15+ years of experience in MEP design, construction, and management, with a focus on data centers or mission-critical facilities.
