Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager located in Goodyear, AZ. The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of workplace safety, conducting accident investigations, and implementing health and safety training programs. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and enforcing EHS policies, ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

What You Bring

-Skills in Accident Investigation and Training -Ability to work on-site and ensure team adherence to EHS standards -Relevant certifications in health and safety or a related field are a plus -Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred -Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry is advantageous -Excellent communication and leadership skills -Experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Occupational Health, and Health & Safety
