Tasks

-Support Sales teams in the use of sales tools, ensuring full adoption and correct usage to optimize workflows and unlock customer interaction data -Support to prepare Sales reporting and management review -Monitor and maintain high data quality and timeliness across sales systems, ensuring that all related sales data is up-to-date and correctly managed -Provide market intelligence and related analysis to improve the roadmap of the LCB growth strategy -Steer and provide Point-of-Sale (POS) transparency -Steer the customer allocation process -Ensure implementation of governance guidelines and standardization -Support to provide contextual insights on data/ numbers and support decision-making -Maintain consistent operational execution of strategic initiatives & support roll-out of any topics from HQ towards LCBs -Support excellence in the regional deal execution, opportunity-to-order process, and adoption of the deal desk by collaborating with global teams for the adoption of global process with transactional systems and migration of any local systems. -Synthesize data insights from the LCB and track KPIs -Prepare customer analytics and reports
