Tasks

-Supervise all operations to ensure that all construction operations are completed in accordance with customer and industry specifications. This includes ensuring that all employees working on projects are working safely and productively. -Requisition, assign and track materials needed for the daily operations. -Work independently with coworkers, customers, and others in places where interactions are unsupervised -Provide employees working under your direction "On the Job Training" such as; construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment. -Resolve complaints with property owners in areas where our personnel are working. -Review daily production reports, material usage sheets, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate "as-built maps" for areas built. -Provide accurate and reliable information to others in the company -Perform audits of construction operations to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices. -Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes. -Reconcile all issued parts and materials on a daily basis to ensure accurate material usage counts. -Assign daily production to in-house and subcontract laborers and crews.

What You Bring

-Requires a routine amount of driving for work, which must be performed safely -Must have at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check -Requires safe and responsible computer and related technology use -Knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner -Good understanding of OSHA requirements and a priority for safety -Authorization to work in the United States for this company -Strong project management skills -Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. -Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this position. -To be 18 years of age or older -Must have a valid driver's license -Knowledge of and ability to hand tools and equipment in a safe manner -Willingness to work shifts as assigned, including daily overtime when necessary.
