Tasks

-Drive delivery of significant projects and multidisciplinary programs -Engage with clients, regulators and community stakeholders to communicate science and deliver value -Lead, mentor and inspire a team of ecological professionals -Provide high-level ecological expertise, reporting, and advisory support -Develop and implement business development and growth strategies -Collaborate across RPS teams to capitalise on inter-disciplinary opportunities

What You Bring

-A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in ecological consulting, project delivery and team leadership -Proven experience in managing technical projects and professional services teams -Strong commercial acumen, with a track record in business development and client engagement -A degree in ecology, environmental science or a related discipline -We are seeking a respected technical leader with: -Ability to navigate complexity, solve problems and deliver innovative, commercially viable solutions
