Tasks

The Project Admin Assistant will support the delivery of civil engineering infrastructure projects by assisting the project manager in planning, coordination, documentation, and communication. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in infrastructure development, including roads, bridges, utilities, and public works. -Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely communication. -Monitor project progress and update tracking tools. -Maintain project documentation and ensure version control. -Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. -Maintain document control systems and ensure version accuracy. -Help manage risk registers and issue logs. -Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation (e.g., schedules, budgets, risk registers, reports). -Track project progress and update project management systems. -Help manage health & safety documentation and compliance records. -Support procurement processes including tender documentation and supplier coordination. -Support quality assurance and control procedures. -Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards.

What You Bring

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Familiarity with GIS or CAD software. -Experience with NEC or FIDIC contract administration. -Experience in infrastructure or engineering projects is highly desirable. -Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes. -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. -Knowledge of civil engineering or infrastructure project lifecycles. -Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
