Overview

Develop, configure, and maintain Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA solutions.

Tasks

-Support end users with Workday functionality, access, and reporting needs. -Develop, test, and deploy Workday reports and calculated fields. -Test and implement Workday-delivered upgrades and feature releases. -Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements for enhancements and process improvements. -Ensures system design and data handling comply with organizational policies, legal regulations, and audit standards. -Develop dashboards and analytics to support leadership decision-making. -Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and improve system workflows and user experience. -Monitor Workday system performance and ensure integrations run successfully. -Troubleshoot and resolve Workday technical issues and system errors. -Perform Workday system updates and ensure compatibility with new features/releases. -Support system audits to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance requirements. -Provide training and documentation to business users on new functionalities. -Design and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

What You Bring

-Strong ability to interpret business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure data accuracy. -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field. -Proficiency in web services (SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT) and database querying (SQL). -5 years of experience as a Workday Developer. -Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and PSA modules. -Ability to design, configure, and support integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and financial systems using Workday Studio, EIB, and web services. -Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Report Writer. -Prior experience in energy, utilities, or related industry. -Experience with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning. -Workday Certification(s) in Integrations, Reporting, or specific modules. -Familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps practices. -Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.
