Support design and technical assurance of M/E/P systems for a large hotel development.

Tasks

-Undertakes mentoring and/or shadowing of more experienced architectural design roles to facilitate further learning and higher-level knowledge and skills. -Works alongside the engineering team to develop and understand the protocols, processes and technical aspects of the overall role. -Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. -Provides support and analysis with company directives around C2P, digital and net zero carbon. -Works alongside more senior architectural design roles, providing necessary support and assisting in the delivery of team/area objectives. -Supports and engages with business improvement directives where applicable. -Ensures training requirements are kept up to date and statutory and regulatory requirements are explored.

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical. -Utilises knowledge and experience in architectural design to support and assist the team/area to deliver team key performance indicators (KPIs). -Experience of projects of a similar nature.
