Tasks
-Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and startup demo days. -Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, emerging technologies, and investment opportunities. -Develop investment themes and theses to guide fund strategy and deployment. -Analyze company performance, unit economics, and business models to assess investment potential. -Prepare investment memos and present findings to the investment committee. -Build relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, co-investors, and ecosystem partners. -Work closely with internal and external experts to validate investment opportunities. -Organize and leverage fund resources, industry networks, and mentors to accelerate portfolio growth. -Lead due diligence processes, including market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, financial modeling, and valuation. -Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities, including meeting with startup founders and industry leaders. -Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives, including go-to-market strategies, business development, and fundraising. -Deliver meaningful impact by driving technological innovation in an industry poised for transformation.

What You Bring
We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual to join our investment team as a Venture Capital Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in deal sourcing, due diligence, investment execution, and portfolio support, while working closely with industry leaders, startup founders, and co-investors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking. As a Senior Investment Venture Capital Associate, you will drive investment decisions and help shape the future of our portfolio. You will analyze new investment opportunities, conduct market research, and collaborate with entrepreneurs to build category-defining companies. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for startups, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. -Hands-on experience in sourcing, evaluating, and closing deals. -Strong financial modeling, market research, and business strategy skills. -Excellent written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. -Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution; MBA is preferred but not required. -Demonstrated experience or interest in construction, architecture, engineering, and real estate, or sustainability and climate tech is a plus. -8+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or product management in a high-growth technology company. -Deep interest in startups, technology, and venture investment with a demonstrated ability to navigate emerging sectors.
