Tasks

-Manage and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. -Create and implement employee development programs, design career paths, and provide coaching to nurture employees' skills and potential. -Collaborate with senior leadership in Digital function to align HR strategies and programs with overall business objectives and organizational success. -Ensure implementation of global performance review processes with support to all business for making the right decisions. -Working closely with HR, business managers, and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs of the organization and its employees. -Creating and implementing learning strategies and training programs that align with the company's objectives and employee development goals. -Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles. -Support and lead organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes, technologies, and strategic shifts.

What You Bring

-Expected travel of approximately 15% to engage with teams in India. -Masters/bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration. -Demonstrated integrity, adherence to compliance requirements, and alignment with LIXIL values. -Strong leadership abilities to influence diverse internal clients. -Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Local and Japanese languages as a bonus. -3 to 5 years of HR experience in a multinational company in a corporate setup. -Effective planning skills to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
