Tasks

We are seeking an experienced Manual Test Lead to join our Sydney-based team, leading end-to-end manual testing activities across highly complex technical environments. The role involves managing Integration and User Acceptance Testing for Workday FIN or HCM modules, collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. -Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing testing best practices. -Lead and execute manual testing efforts across multiple systems and integrations. -Plan, design, and perform Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). -Provide test progress reports and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. -Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify, track, and resolve defects. -Review requirements, prepare detailed test scenarios, and manage test execution.

What You Bring

Experience: 10+ Years -Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. -Experience using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools for API Testing -1+ year hands-on Workday FIN or Workday HCM experience (At least one candidate must have Workday FIN, and another Workday HCM). -Ability to leverage SQL, XML, JSON for validation during testing -1+ year hands-on Boomi Testing experience -Strong adaptability – able to respond quickly to issues or changing priorities. -Atlassian JIRA and Zephyr (Essential / Standard) experience for test case management -ISTQB-F certification -Familiarity with using AI tools to generate initial Test Scenarios and Test Cases -At least one candidate must have Workday FIN experience, and one must have Workday HCM experience (skills not required to overlap). -Collaborative mindset – open to feedback, contributes actively to team discussions. -ISTQB-ATA certification -3+ years hands-on Manual Testing in complex technical environments. -3+ years manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience. -Higher Education domain experience -Atlassian Confluence experience -Understanding of SAFe Agile 6.0 methodology -3+ years manual Integration Testing experience. -Payroll Testing experience
