Design and execute showroom planograms, layouts, and category plans.

Tasks
-Collaborate cross functionally with key stakeholders to successfully open new branch showrooms -Strategically develop showroom category plans by determining spatial planning and product placement Ensures accurate and timely completion of showroom deliverables while meeting established objectives -Act as the main point of contact for assigned branch showrooms, monitor and upkeep -Occasionally travel to out-of-state branch locations. -Design and execute planograms for bi-annual refreshes and new showroom locations, ensuring optimal product placement and customer engagement -Work with the graphics team and external vendors to quote and coordinate production of graphics and marketing materials -Create or update existing floorplans using Google SketchUp, adhering to brand standards and enhancing the customer experience -Coordinate with the board production team by providing necessary specifications for the board production process -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with their hands and arms; and communicate verbally. The employee frequently sits and may occasionally stand or walk.

-Problem solving skills o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) -Planogram Software experience -Project management experience -Visual merchandising: experience in creating planograms and showroom layouts -Highly organized and detail oriented. -Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Business Administration/ Marketing/ Design -Ability to manage multiple tasks with demanding deadlines. -Proficiency in Google SketchUp -The employee must occasionally lift, pull and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. -Adobe Creative Cloud experience. -Ability to read and adjust architectural floorplans as needed
