Tasks

-Work on meaningful projects that shape communities -Coordinate with municipal boards and agencies for approvals and permits -Create visual analyses, photo simulations, and 3D renderings -Design site layouts, grading, lighting, and landscaping -Perform construction administration duties, including site observations -Develop feasibility studies and master plans -Manage project tasks and timelines to meet deliverables -Present design concepts to clients and collaborate with consultants -Conduct site inventory and analysis in both field and office settings

What You Bring

-0–5 years of experience in landscape architecture or site design -Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field -Strong communication and organizational skills -Blend of field and office work for a well-rounded experience -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS -Experience in site analysis, feasibility studies, and urban planning -Use of cutting-edge design tools and technologies -Professional dress and hours aligned with project needs
