-Prepare construction documents, drainage reports, and permit submittals (including SWPPPs). -Support client communication and uphold project quality standards. -Mentor junior staff and contribute to project scheduling and deadline management. -Coordinate with internal teams and outside consultants. -Attend municipal meetings and support the project approval process. -Design site layouts, grading plans, stormwater systems, and utilities using Civil 3D.
