What You Bring

-AIPM accreditation or equivalent (desirable) -Experience in building and construction, infrastructure, contract management, refits, or property management -A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related field (preferred) -A background in construction and are looking to transition to the client-side, or build on existing client-side experience -Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills -Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Head Contract, Managing Contractor, or Design & Construct -Australian Citizenship (required for government and defence projects) -The ability to manage competing priorities and think strategically
