Tasks

Working with LivSpace's dedicated design team, you will divide your time between meeting customers in the LivSpace showroom and meeting customers onsite or in their homes. You will project manage customer's needs and expectations from inception to completion of the project, scheduling and coordinating with manufacturing and installers to ensure a smooth workflow. As the Project Manager Kitchens you will aim to deliver high-quality kitchens as well as other tailored interior spaces including laundries and wardrobes, strengthening LivSpace's position in the interior supply and install business. -Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences tailored to their needs -Working with Account Managers, kitchen designers, manufacturing and installers -Lising with customers to scope the project and budget -Create proposals and negotiate contracts including project deliverables and timelines -Delivering an outstanding client experience, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the consultation, quoting and install process

Are you an experienced Project Manager in Kitchens & Interiors looking for a new challenge with a leading brand in a unique position of growth? To spearhead this new integrated offering, we're looking for a Project Manager Kitchens based in Tauranga who will collaborate with CARTERS' Account Managers in the field who have established relationships and connections across our national branch network. The ideal candidate will have a joinery background with a proven track record in project management, established connections with installers and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. -Technically capable, understands products and installation -Sound measuring, quantifying & pricing experience -Project management experience - organised, detailed with exceptional time management & multitasking abilities. -A sound understanding & working knowledge across all areas of kitchens -Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
