Tasks

-Conceptual Estimating: Develop conceptual estimates from limited information, ensuring the inclusion of accurate alternates, general conditions, and pricing. -Estimate Setup: Establish estimates with appropriate alternates, general conditions, vendor and subcontractor pricing, labor production, and wage rates in alignment with the bid strategy. -Project Information Management: Deliver accurate project information to the team during turnover and planning phases to ensure seamless project execution. -Proposal Preparation: Create comprehensive customer proposals that include precise scope, terms, conditions, and a detailed breakdown of bid pricing. -Operations Coordination: Ensure that the operations team receives correct and detailed information necessary for effective project execution. -Team Support: Guide estimators and project coordinators in task assignments, proper use of processes, and tools, validating the accuracy and completeness of estimates produced by the team. -Detailed Take-Offs: Perform detailed take-offs by identifying and quantifying all concrete scope items.

What You Bring
