Tasks

-Keep records of vehicle performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules. -Coordinate and arrange transport of vehicle parts to other cities if required. -Ensure availability of vehicles for daily operations. -Report regularly to management regarding vehicle status and maintenance activities. -Monitor and control vehicle breakdown percentage to ensure smooth operations. -Maintain proper data and reports in MS Excel. -Manage overall vehicle maintenance and servicing. -Coordinate with the Operations Department for smooth communication regarding vehicle updates and availability. -Manage and guide field employees like mechanics and helpers. -Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on field.

What You Bring

-Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. -Car, Truck Service centre experience is mandatory. -Basic MS Excel knowledge is mandatory. -Minimum Graduate/Diploma (Mechanical background preferred). -Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. -Experience in vehicle fleet/maintenance management will be an added advantage. -Good knowledge of vehicle parts, maintenance, and management.
