Tasks

-Facilitate decision-making and maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and dependencies. -Support leadership in driving adoption and optimising outcomes. -Translate business objectives into actionable AI project plans. -Track measurable impact and ROI of AI programmes. -Maintain accurate documentation of project scope, deliverables, and change requests. -Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners. -Conduct stakeholder workshops to identify AI opportunities and prioritise initiatives. -Ensure compliance with organisational frameworks and risk management protocols. -Drive adherence to quality assurance processes and compliance requirements. -Ensure alignment with P&B governance, timelines, and enterprise standards. -Promote best practices for AI implementation across the properties and building business. -Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure successful delivery. -Monitor budgets, resources, and KPIs for AI initiatives. -Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects within the P&B portfolio. -Prepare detailed project reports and dashboards for P&B and senior leadership. -Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend adoption where relevant.

What You Bring

-Exposure to enterprise-level digital transformation programmes. -8–10 years of experience in project management within technology or AI-driven programmes. -PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred. -Strong understanding of AI concepts and enterprise applications. -Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. -Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
