-Introduce and assist Drain Advisor in operating camera and locating equipment. -Diagnose appropriate drain that is clogged and where best to relieve obstruction. -Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home, service calls. -Maintain drain cleaning equipment and keep a well-organized service truck. -Educate customers on findings related to sewer clogs and relay information to Drain Advisor
