Tasks

-Monitor and maintain accurate temperature logs. -Coordinate and manage monthly activities related to quality improvement as outlined in the department calendar. -Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed. -Conduct scheduled performance testing samples in the spring and fall, distributing these samples to various departments and the oversight body for state reporting. -Assist with onboarding and basic training for new employees, focusing on quality assurance and environmental services.

What You Bring

-1.5+ years experience in an environmental lab with exposure to quality assurance standards. -Proficiency in quality control and chemistry -Knowledge of ISO standards -Experience with batch records and EPA standards -Degreed in Life-Sciences -Familiarity with NELAC Institute (TNI) standards
