Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, handling repairs, cleaning, and inspections.

Tasks

-Participate in company training classes and meetings as required -Help with scheduling and completion of make-ready units -Maintain an excellent customer service relationship -Maintain professional, polite customer service and coworker relationships -Assist with a preventative program that minimizes emergency repairs, service requests, and the utilization of outside contractors. -Work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times -Pool care and pest control if required by the community -Adhere to Tribridge Standard Operating Procedures -Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure safe practices

What You Bring

-Ability to meet deadlines, which may include late hours and weekends as needed -Basic knowledge of major appliances, including HVAC -Ability to read and write English for safety and productivity reasons -Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical functions -Efficiency, ability to multitask -Basic skills in plumbing, sheetrock, and general carpentry -Ability to follow oral and written instructions -Strong customer service orientation -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Basic to intermediate understanding of electrical when no license is required -Ability to read, analyze, and interpret all forms of information -Properly and efficiently complete assigned apartment turns -Ability to accept and learn from constructive criticism -Well-organized, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Must be team-oriented but able to work independently on occasion
