Tasks
-Forecast logistics based on production and need. -Develop and track cost. -Manage resources and material based on production. -Coordinate with different project disciplines to ensure alignment on project scope and schedule. -Review schedule and be able to mitigate risk when bottlenecks are shown. -Analyze supply chain, production, and execution to identify risk. -Review quotes, Purchase orders, Change orders, design changes, and scope. -Run daily/weekly cadences with factories and suppliers. -Report project status. -Coordinate between the supply chain, integration facility, and site level for upstream and downstream issues. -Look for continuous improvement opportunities.

If you love innovation, problem solving and customer interactions, this job is for you! -Ability to travel up to 25% -3+ years of project management experience, in systems / equipment business -3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management -Document creation and control skills. -Understand procurement strategies. -Show leadership capabilities with internal and external resources. -Understand and follow process and procedures. -Experience with industrial projects and programs with an understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction execution. -Experience in execution of large and complex projects. -Strong communication skills (situational adapted, sensitivity, politeness) -Experience in the Oil & Gas or Modular Data Center Industry -UPS knowledge -Organizational skills. -Fluent in English (written and oral) -Technical Engineering Degree, Business Administration Degree, or equivalent relevant work experience -Project Execution Manager - Customer Projects & Services. This is a hybrid position. You are required to work out of the local Schneider Electric Hub 2 days a week in addition to up to 25% travel a year. -Project Management skills (Tools, Methods concerning duties and responsibilities, knowledge of economics in project business) -3+ years of experience in the electrical industry -Ability to handle several projects in parallel.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
